WARRANTY POLICY

All watches sold by us are covered by a Limited One Year Warranty (commencing from the date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. This warranty, however, does not apply to :-


1. Normal wear & tear of case, bezel, bracelet or strap.
2. Batteries.
3. Problems caused by improper handling.
4. Problems caused by improper repair or adjustment made by unauthorised personnel and it does not cover cost of parts or labour resulting from accidents or negligence.

To claim the warranty within the warranty period please email us at enquiry@watchwagon.com. The watch to be returned must be accompanied by the warranty card and/or the sales receipt. Any shipping or transportation charges incurred in the returning & collection of the watch are to be borned by the customer.

In the case the watch is beyond repair or where parts are not available, we reserve the right to exchange it for another model of similar or close value. This will be informed to the customer in advance. The original commencement date of the warranty period will still remain even if the defective watch has been exchanged with a new one.
